Placing an order is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Browse our collection and add items to your cart.
- Click on the cart icon and review your selection.
- Click "Checkout" and enter your delivery details.
- Choose your payment method and complete the transaction.
- You'll receive an order confirmation via email immediately.
You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or in your account under "My Orders".
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team via WhatsApp or phone. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Yes! During checkout, you'll have the option to mark your order as a gift and add a personalized message. We'll include a beautiful gift card with your message. Prices are not shown on gift orders.
We offer the following delivery options:

- Scheduled Delivery: Choose a specific date and time
Delivery costs vary based on location and delivery speed. Orders over GH₵200 qualify for free standard delivery within Accra. You can see the exact delivery cost at checkout before completing your order.
Yes! We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery times and costs vary by location. For locations outside Accra, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient before delivery. If they're unavailable, we'll try to leave the package with a neighbor or reschedule delivery.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items in their original, unopened condition. Perishable items (food, flowers) cannot be returned but may be eligible for a replacement if damaged. See our Returns Policy for details.
To request a return or refund, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and arrange pickup if needed.
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Yes! Enter your promo code in the cart or at checkout. Only one promo code can be used per order. Check the promo terms for exclusions.
You can checkout as a guest, but we recommend creating an account to track orders, save addresses, earn rewards, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
