Stellar Support Services provides virtual assistant services including but not limited to administrative support, customer service, social media management, content creation, data entry, and other business support services ("Services"). The Services are provided subject to these Terms of Service.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Services.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed according to the package or custom quote provided.
  • Payment is due in advance for monthly packages.
  • For custom projects, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly service package at any time by providing 7 days' written notice before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received from the other party during the term of this agreement. This includes business plans, customer lists, trade secrets, and other confidential information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Stellar Support Services or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. Any work created as part of our services will be governed by separate intellectual property agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stellar Support Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
