Nelson

Owner

Founder of Creativelines. Nelson believes good design shouldn't cost a fortune. He's spent the last 7 years helping small businesses in Ghana build brands that actually work — not just look pretty.

Nelson started Creativelines in his bedroom with a laptop, a borrowed printer, and GHS 500. That was four years ago. Today, he's helped over 50 small businesses across Accra, Tema, Kumasi, and Cape Coast build brands that bring in customers.

Before starting Creativelines, Nelson worked as a production assistant at a small printing shop in Tema. That's where he learned the hard lessons about bleed, crop marks, and why most designers don't understand paper. He saw small business owners getting overcharged for work that didn't deliver. So he started his own agency — one that would charge fairly and actually show up.

Nelson doesn't believe in selling clients things they don't need. No expensive websites for chop bars. No complicated brand guides for market stalls. Just practical design work that solves real problems: a sign that people can read from the road, a flyer that makes someone pick up the phone, a logo that customers actually remember.

When he's not working, Nelson is probably eating waakye somewhere in Accra, reading about print techniques, or arguing that roadside signage is more important than Instagram followers.

He lives in Tema with his family and still uses the same notebook he bought when starting the agency. It's almost full now.
